Basin Asset Management was founded by John Hallé in 2015, after more than 25 years of success with several entrepreneurial, high-growth financial companies. Over his career, John has developed a special expertise on investments involving energy, infrastructure and complex transactions.
A recognized leader at raising funds through both private equity and institutional markets, John has originated, structured and executed approximately $6 billion taxable and tax-exempt debt through private offerings. He is well-known by industry peers as an astute, creative financier with the ability to structure elaborate and complex financing scenarios.
